Service Agreement
These terms govern the installation and ongoing monitoring services provided by Gananz. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
Gananz provides energy monitoring system installation and maintenance services. This includes:
- Site assessment and installation planning
- Hardware installation at your property
- System configuration and user training
- Ongoing monitoring platform access
- Monthly maintenance and technical support
- Software updates and system calibration
Installation Requirements
You must provide:
- Access to electrical panel and installation areas
- WiFi network connectivity at installation location
- Any required building permissions or approvals
- Safe working conditions for our technicians
Installation scheduling depends on technician availability and may be affected by property access constraints or technical requirements discovered during site assessment.
Service Plans and Payments
Monthly service plans include system monitoring, maintenance, software updates, and technical support. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Services may be suspended for non-payment after notice period.
Installation costs are separate from monthly service fees. Additional charges apply for system expansion, additional sensors, or services beyond the standard maintenance plan.
System Ownership and Equipment
Monitoring hardware remains property of Gananz during the service period. Upon service termination, equipment may be removed or purchased according to terms in your service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining WiFi connectivity and preventing damage to installed equipment beyond normal wear.
Data Accuracy and System Limitations
We strive to provide accurate consumption measurements, but monitoring systems have inherent limitations. Measurements are estimates and may not match utility meter readings exactly due to timing differences, sensor precision, and measurement methodology.
The monitoring system reports consumption data but does not control equipment operation. You remain responsible for managing your energy use.
Service Availability
We maintain monitoring systems to provide continuous operation, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. System availability may be affected by internet outages, power failures, equipment malfunction, or maintenance activities.
We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible and work to restore service promptly when interruptions occur.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost savings, or consequential damages resulting from system operation or malfunction.
We are not responsible for electrical system problems, utility billing errors, or issues with equipment we do not install or maintain.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate service with notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination:
- Access to monitoring platform will be discontinued
- Hardware may be removed from your property
- Historical data may be provided upon request
- Outstanding payments remain due
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through your account email or prominent website notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Argentine law. Disputes will be resolved according to procedures specified in your service agreement.
